Turn off cities, roads, labels

Hi,

Is there a way to turn off the display of cities, roads and labels on the map?  The project that I am working on requires that I plot business data geographically, but the users aren't really interested in using the map to get from point A to B.  So all of the extra information is just clutter.

I have read through the discussions here and elsewhere, as well as read the documentation for VE.  The only information I found that was even close was for turning the display of street labels off in birds-eye view.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan,

There is no way to not show the labels on the map. All you can do is change between Road, Hybrid, and Aerial views.

If you have your own map data, then you could do customizations to have it read from your data source instead of the Bing Maps servers:

Makes sense.  Thanks for the info.
